Andrea Casabene

Andrea Casabene is a facilitator, trainer and coach who helps individuals, teams and leaders communicate more effectively, influence with confidence and adapt successfully to change.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning leadership, facilitation, coaching and capability development, Andrea combines practical business experience with expertise in communication, behaviour change and adult learning.

Her work focuses on helping people develop the confidence, communication skills and mindset required to communicate effectively, lead with impact and perform at their best.

Andrea is known for creating engaging, highly interactive learning experiences that challenge people to think differently, apply practical strategies and take meaningful action. Her ability to blend behavioural insight with practical workplace application enables participants to build both capability and confidence.

She has worked with participants at all levels of organisations, from frontline employees and technical specialists through to senior leaders and executive teams. Her experience spans mining, utilities, healthcare, financial services, education, government, manufacturing, retail and community services, working with organisations including Gold Fields Australia, CitiPower & Powercor, AGL, NAB, ANZ, Australia Post, SEEK, Lendlease, Ramsay Health Care, Calvary Health Care and St Vincent's Private.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Diploma of Training & Assessment. She is also an NLP Master Practitioner and an accredited practitioner in MBTI, MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence, TRACOM Social Styles, TRACOM Resilient Mindset, Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leadership Assessment and Crucial Conversations, bringing a broad range of evidence-based frameworks and assessment tools to her facilitation and coaching.
