Guy is a seasoned and results-driven business leader with a wealth of experience, having made impactful contributions both within Australia and internationally. His versatile skill set spans the private and public sectors, covering for-profit and non-profit organisations, as well as large-scale corporates and small to medium enterprises.
Over the course of his corporate journey, Guy occupied pivotal leadership roles at large institutions, notably ANZ Bank, Esanda Finance, Interleasing, HBF Health, HealthGuard, and Aussie Home Loans. In these senior positions, he played a crucial role in spearheading significant business change initiatives. The culmination of these experiences prompted Guy to embark on a consulting career in 2012, dedicating himself to facilitating and supporting organisations across various industries.
Guy's specialisation lies in guiding both private and public sector entities in the development and execution of their business strategies. His expertise extends to comprehensive business planning, review and refinement of business operating models—encompassing organisational structures—crafting purposeful organisational statements, establishing values and behaviours, creating robust accountability frameworks, implementing effective governance and risk management systems, and initiating and managing change programs. In addition to these strategic services, Guy provides invaluable coaching, mentoring, and support to leaders and business owners, contributing to their continuous development, growth, and adaptability.
