Paul possesses deep and extensive experience in the domains of coaching and facilitation. He is passionate about leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion to enhance innovation and collaboration within organisations. Paul’s eclectic training and professional background in the areas of Natural Health, Psychotherapy, Sales, Financial Services and Leadership underpin his multidisciplinary approach to coaching and facilitation. Paul’s diverse background is grounded in his senior leadership experience within the FMCG retail sector across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. He facilitates and coaches team members and leaders at all levels in core domains including leadership, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety, change management and strategic communication. Paul is a dynamic facilitator with an inclusive and solution oriented approach. He believes that his role as a Facilitator and Coach, is to create a safe space for people to share ideas, explore new frames of thought, appreciate the beauty of our differences and challenge deep seated assumptions.

Paul’s coaching approach is tailored to each client’s needs and professional goals. His experience includes supporting a senior marketing leader in preparing for an international conference and developing their positioning as a thought leader, as well as coaching a General Manager of a major Australian retailer on health, wellbeing and the management of psychosocial risks.
