Paul’s eclectic training and professional background in the areas of Natural Health, Psychotherapy, Sales, Financial Services and Leadership underpin his multidisciplinary approach to coaching and facilitation. Paul’s diverse background is grounded in his senior leadership experience within the FMCG retail sector across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. He facilitates and coaches team members and leaders at all levels in core domains including leadership, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety, change management and strategic communication. Paul is a dynamic facilitator with an inclusive and solution oriented approach. He believes that his role as a Facilitator and Coach, is to create a safe space for people to share ideas, explore new frames of thought, appreciate the beauty of our differences and challenge deep seated assumptions.
