Morgan has over 30 years leadership experience across multiple industries and disciplines. She has worked closely with senior leadership groups to support key business projects within the resources and utilities sector, local government, and multiple small business owners. She has coached emerging leaders, senior leaders, business owners and individuals to discover and realise their potential. She brings a creative, insightful, and grounded approach, supporting leaders and teams to find clarity and take action to create forward momentum. Morgan utilises a Values based approach when supporting leaders and teams to create alignment and challenge limiting beliefs and behaviours. In recent years Morgan has focussed on delivering and supporting organisational transformation through developing leadership excellence, with a focus on felt leadership through safety and wellbeing. She has a strong change management background supporting leaders to create effective business engagement and communications.
