Professional background
Stacey Back is an internationally recognised and certified Career & Leadership Coach, and people development specialist. She works with individuals and organisations to help people design fulfilling careers, develop leadership style, increase performance and create sustainable change.
With a high-performing business background, Stacey spent a decade in recruitment, HR and corporate sales with global companies in Australia and the UK, and in the past 10+ years has built two businesses. Over the past 15+ years, Stacey has advised many corporations on their people development needs and guided hundreds of leaders to develop their careers.
Stacey trained with the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the world’s original and leading coach training programs and the first to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Stacey holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the ICF in recognition of her 200 hours of coaching education and 500+ hours of coaching experience.
Coaching process
Stacey delivers customised coaching programs to address key employee development areas. Programs are delivered over a 6-12 month period, with 1 x 90 minute coaching session per month or 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions a month, spaced a fortnight apart.
Prior to commencing any coaching engagement, Stacey offers a complimentary, no obligation call to discuss your organisational goals and employee development needs. She will then recommend a suitable solution, which may include a combination of one-on-one coaching and group workshops.
All coaching engagements start by establishing specific, measurable goals with the coachee and their sponsor, if appropriate. Stacey then works through a structured methodology to deliver on both individual and organisational outcomes. Her approach is highly strategic and the systems used in her coaching programs build clarity, confidence and facilitate results.
