This 2-day program, "Empowering Leaders: Fostering Growth Mindset and Psychological Safety," is designed to help leaders cultivate a growth mindset and create a supportive, psychologically safe team environment.

They will develop improved resilience by learning strategies to embrace challenges and view failures as opportunities for growth.
