Dr. Nancy’s coaching approach is not confined to a single methodology. With qualifications in both the GROW and Solution-Focused Coaching Models and as a member of the Institute of Executive Coaching (IECL) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), she has the flexibility to tailor an approach that best aligns with the client’s objectives and the dynamics of the coaching relationship. This may involve utilising a single model or an effective blend of multiple models, ensuring a personalised and goal-oriented coaching experience.
