This practical workshop introduces graduate-level/early-stage career participants to their personal brand, the psychology of making a good impression and how to use confident communication techniques in real workplace situations. The workshop features visual examples, role-play, discussion and exercises designed to build participants’ awareness of how they might be perceived, and foster their professional confidence in representing themselves and the company brand.
Leadership/management can be consulted to inform your workshop’s focus points and feedback is given on participant concerns, strengths and areas to work on, following the workshop. Ongoing post-workshop support is also available, such as leadership team advisory, or 1-to-1/Team mentoring and coaching with the facilitator.
This workshop is for early-stage career professionals, interns and students, and can be facilitated online or in-person.
