The focus on stress has been increasing steadily every year, as stress levels in society are showing no sign of decreasing. While some amount of stress can be adaptive and help us to perform at our best, our stress levels can become overwhelming leading to decreased motivation and productivity, a lack of focus, and physical issues like insomnia, anxiety, depression, and digestive complaints.
This workshop provides an overview of stress and how chronic stress can affect a person physically and mentally. Participants will receive practical strategies and lifestyle interventions they can apply to their own lives and will walk away with their own personal toolkit for stress management with a plan for implementation.
This workshop suits all professionals, from leadership to staff. The workshop will be tailored to the team and industry.

- MTT Master’s in Biomedical Meditation Therapy and Allied Health
