Through a mix of engaging activities and practical insights, these sessions help teams explore how their relationships influence the success of their work. Teams walk away with clear strategies to build stronger connections and achieve better results together.
Ahead of the workshops, participants complete the PRINT® Survey: a tool that Lauren has found particularly effective for quickly fostering deeper understanding among team members. Although accredited in a range of profiling tools, Lauren consistently chooses PRINT® for its ability to reveal meaningful insights into what motivates behaviour.
This full day session is suitable for both both new and established teams who are ready to enhance the way they work together. They are ideal for teams who perform well individually but are seeking greater collaboration, as well as for teams experiencing high levels of conflict and in need of targeted support.
This workshop is for new and existing teams who want to improve the way they work. This includes teams who work well as individuals but want to work more collaboratively, through to teams who are currently in high conflict and seeking intervention.
Lauren has delivered versions of this workshop to teams in a range of sectors including resources, utilities and education.
Prior to the workshop, Lauren will request that each participant complete a psychometric tool which will be debriefed during the workshop. This tool costs AUS$154 (inclusive of GST) per person and is additional to the workshop fee.
During the workshop, Lauren will provide a range of activities including facilitating conversations using the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology.
After the workshop, Lauren will provide a summary that includes: the models and content covered; and the themes and actions the team identified.
