Drawing on her significant experience as a couples therapist and group facilitator, Lauren works with teams to help them understand how the interpersonal influences outcomes. In this full day workshop, she uses activities and content to help teams understand why their relationships with each other are so important and how to build the team experience to get better results.
The workshop is highly practical and includes the debrief of a psychometric tool that participants will complete beforehand.
By the end of the day, participants know more about who each other are and how they can work better together.
This workshop is for new and existing teams who want to improve the way they work. This includes teams who work well as individuals but want to work more collaboratively, through to teams who are currently in high conflict and seeking intervention.
Lauren has delivered versions of this workshop to teams in a range of sectors including resources, utilities and education.
Prior to the workshop, Lauren will request that each participant complete a psychometric tool which will be debriefed during the workshop. This tool costs AUS$154 (inclusive of GST) per person and is additional to the workshop fee.
During the workshop, Lauren will provide a range of activities including facilitating conversations using the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology.
After the workshop, Lauren will provide a summary that includes: the models and content covered; and the themes and actions the team identified.
