This session provides plain language education on what occupational violence and aggression is, what it isn’t and how to report concerns confidently. It reinforces that OVA is not “part of the job” and explains what happens after an incident — including support pathways and follow-up. Delivered as a virtual micro-session (with optional self-paced module add-on), it creates shared language across the business, improves reporting quality and strengthens psychological safety. The focus is practical and respectful: helping employees speak up early, report well and feel supported.

Her background spans criminal and juvenile justice settings, organisational psychology, consulting and executive leadership within emergency services.
