This Project Management workshop aims to introduce participants to a broad range of project management methodologies, enabling them to better identify the best approach for managing their projects. Beyond the introduction to the ever-evolving list of project methodologies we will further explore the project life cycle using the PMBOK methodology and explore the process groups engaged to manage our projects through to completion.

About the facilitator
With 20 years of leadership and project management experience, has seen David develop and lead large complex projects and operational teams across Australia and Internationally.
David started his career in the Royal Australian Navy and has since then gained broad experience in industry, working across maritime, tourism, health, education, mining, defence and local, state and federal governments. Delivering projects and portfolios with a value up to $30 Million ranging from; construction, maintenance and service projects, organisational and strategic change, through to capital works projects, education reform and large community events targeted to over 30,000 people.
Drawing on the skills, knowledge and experience gained from a career expanding 20 years, David utilises a wide range of leadership skills, tools and practical experience to deliver engaging and thought-provoking training programs, underpinned by his contagious energy and ability to motivate people and organisations. With the goal to expand capability, confidence and skills, to not just building high performing teams and leaders, but to guide organisations to develop greater compliance through accountability and transparency. Resulting in delivering key benefits to organisational profitability and capability.
