Overview
This 1-day workshop will provide you with the skills necessary to set up, summarise and schedule tasks using Microsoft Project, and gain an understanding of how to apply these features in the development of your project management plan. You will receive an overview of MS Project in project management and an understanding of how to apply the features of this powerful application in developing a project Gantt chart (schedule).

With 20 years of leadership and project management experience, has seen David develop and lead large complex projects and operational teams across Australia and Internationally.
David started his career in the Royal Australian Navy and has since then gained broad experience in industry, working across maritime, tourism, health, education, mining, defence and local, state and federal governments. Delivering projects and portfolios with a value up to $30 Million ranging from; construction, maintenance and service projects, organisational and strategic change, through to capital works projects, education reform and large community events targeted to over 30,000 people.
Drawing on the skills, knowledge and experience gained from a career expanding 20 years, David utilises a wide range of leadership skills, tools and practical experience to deliver engaging and thought-provoking training programs, underpinned by his contagious energy and ability to motivate people and organisations.
