This 1-day workshop will provide an overview of the Microsoft for beginner program and will build on the skills necessary to track, monitor, control and manage your project. furthermore, you will expand your skillset to manage and level project resources and learn to analyse and report on your project progress using the reporting functions within Microsoft project.

With 20 years of leadership and project management experience, has seen David develop and lead large complex projects and operational teams across Australia and Internationally.
David started his career in the Royal Australian Navy and has since then gained broad experience in industry, working across maritime, tourism, health, education, mining, defence and local, state and federal governments. Delivering projects and portfolios with a value up to $30 Million ranging from; construction, maintenance and service projects, organisational and strategic change, through to capital works projects, education reform and large community events targeted to over 30,000 people.
Drawing on the skills, knowledge and experience gained from a career expanding 20 years, David utilises a wide range of leadership skills, tools and practical experience to deliver engaging and thought-provoking training programs, underpinned by his contagious energy and ability to motivate people and organisations.
