Overview
The number, size and complexity of contracts is growing day by day. Often the management of these contracts is "tacked on" to a manager's standard job description. Without some formal training in the principles of sound contract management, this practice is exposing an organisation to considerable financial, reputational and operational risks. During this program participants will improve their understanding of the key principles of sound contract management. They will also explore and practise tools and techniques for achieving your contract outcomes at each stage of the process: - planning, procuring, preparing and performing.
