Overview
Good quality coaching conversations are of the best tools leaders have at their disposal to drive engagement, performance and change. All too often though, leaders engage in ‘telling’ versus genuine ‘coaching’ when working with the team members and this really doesn’t enable talent to flourish.
This interactive, game-based and hands-on four-hour workshop gives leaders all the skills and tools they need to have better coaching conversations to grow and develop talent.
The workshop is based on the expert's 14 years of experience applying psychology to help companies and leaders create great places to work where people perform. It also draws on his experience as a high-level junior soccer coach, and insights from the world of sport garnered from his Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
