A curriculum in which each leader receives a 360 Report (Managers Impact or LSI 1 and 2) which outlines how they believe they act and behave and how their peers and direct reports perceive them to act and behave without the benefit of knowing what we were thinking when we acted. This process enhances not only self awareness but also highlights the impact one may be having on behavior, the motivation of others and the culture of the team. The 360 Report is benchmarked against thousands of other leaders and will provide insights into our blind spots, development areas and unrecognised strengths.
The process involves a planning process and the use of a simulation to embed the learning and reflect on our leadership strategies and philosophy both individually and as a collective LT. The Report can form the basis for coaching and reflection for 12 months.
This workshop is specifically tailored to middle to senior executives who want to improve their level of self awareness and gain insight into the impact they are potentially having on the motivation and behaviour of others, the culture in their area of influence and the type of team environment they are creating.
A compelling argument and business case is delivered around our leadership style and it's correlation to engagement, culture, motivation, efficacy and psychological safety.
The Coach Co Achieving simulation in which the leader is required to take over an underperforming team and turn around both it's performance and culture has proved to be a great exercise to not only consolidate the learnings but to also display our leadership style and approach in action.
Note. It generally takes three weeks to produce the 360 Report with the survey site open for two weeks and a few days to generate the comprehensive report.
The latest Australian and international data for the participant's industry is included in the process including the profiles of the top 25% of leaders along a range of criteria so as to enable benchmarking (Note: re-testing is available as part of another workshop).
