He is a Chartered Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer (CEng IMechE), and holds an Association of Project Management Professionals (APMP) qualification. He is Green Belt certified and holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Executive & Organisational Coaching Certificate.
Marty spent 7 years working as an Engineer and Project Manager for a global leader in aero-engines. He has significant experience in consulting and has coached hundreds of leaders across Australia in multiple phases of the project life-cycle from Front End Loading, Construction, Commissioning, through to Operations and Maintenance.
Marty has been mentored by experts in health, wellbeing and high performance. He recognises the science that connects high levels of energy to high performance and happiness. He enjoys exploring opportunities for his clients to de-stress and increase their physical and emotional vibrancy.
