Often there are key managers in organisations that are provided with financial information but have never been taught how to understand it. This workshop takes participants through the basics to improve understanding, awareness and ultimately decision making by using financial information more effectively.
This workshop is specifically aimed at people who have operational, people and stakeholder acumen, but lack the missing piece of financial acumen. Often this will be subject matter experts, new leaders and even people in the organisation already exposed to financial reports - but have never had any formal training in interpreting them.
A comprehensive workbook including reference information, activities, case studies and a glossary of common terms is provided with the workshop. A commitment page at the end of the workshop encourages participants to continue their learning back in the workplace.
