Move beyond individual prompts and build an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant around a real workplace need.
In this highly practical workshop, participants identify an opportunity from their own work and design, build and test an AI assistant using an available platform such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT.
Participants work through the full process from defining the problem and designing instructions through to testing, improving and demonstrating their assistant. By the end of the workshop, participants leave with something they have built themselves and can continue refining and using after the session.
No coding is required.
Leaders, managers and professionals who already have some experience using generative AI and want to move beyond individual prompts into repeatable AI assistants and ways of working.
No programming or technical development experience is required.
AI Assistant design canvas
Assistant instruction framework
Testing and improvement checklist
Use-case prioritisation template
Digital workshop resources
Bring a laptop, access to your organisation's approved AI platform and one or two workplace problems, processes or recurring tasks you would like to improve.
Participants should have basic experience using generative AI before attending.
AI works best when people know where it fits, how to use it and when not to.
Jenish has spent more than 14 years in a large Western Australian government utility delivering complex projects, leading teams and introducing new technology into operational environments. He now helps leaders and teams build the confidence and capability to use AI in practical, meaningful ways at work.
His focus is practical AI enablement. Rather than teaching AI as a technical subject, Jenish helps people understand where it can create value, how to work with it effectively and how to apply it to real workplace challenges. With a background across engineering, project management, digital transformation and leadership, he knows that successful adoption also depends on good judgement, clear use cases and people who feel confident using the tools available to them.
His sessions range from AI awareness and fundamentals through to prompting mastery and building practical AI assistants. They are interactive and hands-on. Participants spend time experimenting, discussing, building and solving real problems, so they leave with something they can use rather than simply more information about AI.
Beyond workshops, Jenish works with organisations on AI strategy and implementation. He helps leadership teams assess where they are today, identify and prioritise the opportunities that matter, and turn them into working solutions, from redesigned workflows to practical AI assistants built around the team's own processes. The aim is the same as in his workshops: capability that stays in the organisation once he leaves.
Jenish has facilitated AI workshops and capability-building programs across professional services, engineering, resources, government, financial services and operational environments.
He is a qualified Electrical Engineer and PMP® certified project professional.
