Overview
This interactive course is designed to help senior leaders understand, quantify and mitigate the most prevalent cyber threats to their organisation and in doing so obtain actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of their cyber strategy.
In addition to the course material and focused discussions, attendees will work together to complete a Cohesis' Cyber Maturity Assessment all combining to help attendees contextualise the threats facing their organisation and in doing so consider the most appropriate responses to mitigate those risks.
This course will therefore help senior leaders better understand the part they need to play in helping to develop and maintain an effective cyber security strategy for their organisation.

Simon is fully qualified in Project, Program and IT Service Management, and has held senior leadership roles with PWC, UBS, Thomson Reuters and Moore Stephens. He runs an independent consultancy servicing clients within Local Government, Not for profit, Energy and SME Business Sectors.
