Overview
This workshop is aimed at people who want to understand the fundamentals of cyber security and to put it into context on how damaging a cyber attack can be. It will provide an overview of mitigation strategies to help organisations understand the essential cyber security practices recommended for organisations to implement as a cyber security baseline. It will also uncover common reasons why organisations fail to adequately address the key cyber security risks and delve into the misconceptions that it not "your" problem and it "won't happen to me."

He is an expert in Technical Governance and IT Due Diligence practices and works with executive leaders to understand and mitigate IT risks, cyber security threats and associated privacy concerns by running a suite of professional strategy focused workshops.
Simon is fully qualified in Project, Program and IT Service Management, and has held senior leadership roles with PWC, UBS, Thomson Reuters and Moore Stephens. He runs an independent consultancy servicing clients within Local Government, Not for profit, Energy and SME Business Sectors.
