60 minutes
Change can be stressful, but with the right mindset and strategies, you can navigate transition and uncertainty with resilience and optimism.
In this workshop:
We examine the way change can impact your mindset and how your own wellbeing and coping strategies can negatively or positively impact on your outcomes.
Learn about the fight/flight/freeze, sympathetic nervous system response and essential tools to help you manage stress, stay adaptable, and maintain wellbeing during periods of change. Walk away with a plan to help you feel more equipped to embrace uncertainty and sustain hope and motivation in times of transition.
This workshop suits anyone as we navigate the challenges and complexities of the modern world. It is particularly suitable for teams and leaders going through periods of change due to internal changes, restructures, redundancies, and other work-related upheavals.
Participants will receive an activity sheet to print and complete during the workshop.
A pen and paper and a willingness to explore.
