This workshop will assist participants in developing awareness of what boundaries are, why they are necessary, and how to set boundaries in your work and personal life. Through mindful self awareness we explore personal values, the discomfort that arises when setting a boundary with someone, the art of self-compassion and self care and the roles they play in improving wellbeing, and the tools that can assist you in practicing these skills. Participants will walk away with new communication tools, and a plan of action to set boundaries in their lives, including tools to assist them in the conversations and steps required.
This workshop suits any professional dealing with clients or staff who find it hard to assert boundaries and maintain personal energy for performance. It is particularly beneficial for frontline staff, HR and management, allied health professionals, and public-facing roles.
