About the facilitator
Ruth Kent is an award-winning health and performance coach, consultant and facilitator in the workplace wellbeing space.
She provides tailored programs and workshops in health, wellbeing, and performance using coaching methodology for long-term behaviour change for both teams and leadership and was the recipient of the Business Achievement Award in the 2025 Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand (HCANZA) Business Achievement Awards.
She has a unique focus on the evidence-based principles behind health and wellbeing, and the human-centred skills needed to thrive in the modern world.
She founded her business in 2014 and continues to bring her award-winning training to teams and leaders across Australia.
As well as almost 30 years of personal meditation experience and 25 years experience in training and facilitation, Ruth has extensive qualifications in wellbeing, including:
- a B.A. majoring in Psychology
- a Post Graduate Diploma in International Public Health
- 500+ hours Yoga Teacher qualifications
- Professional-level Wellness Coach
- MTT Master’s in Biomedical Meditation Therapy and Allied Health
Ruth is also a member of two industry associations, HCANZA and Meditation Australia.

Through her business, she proudly partners with Medibank to deliver wellbeing and performance training to Medibank corporate clients across Australia. She's also worked with some of Australia’s top celebrities and media brands to collaborate in memorable wellbeing-based campaigns and events.
Whether it is a full-day wellbeing retreat, a leadership development course, or an online lunch-and-learn, Ruth uses her extensive facilitation experience and her in-depth wellbeing and coaching knowledge to provide practical strategies that are easy to implement for both individuals and teams.
In her workshops she aims to always leave participants with plenty of tools to add to their own wellbeing toolkits. Ruth has also created a number of digital products which she shares with her participants.
