Paul has deep and extensive experience in the domains of coaching and facilitation. He is passionate about leveraging the power of diversity and inclusion to enhance innovation and collaboration within organisations.

Paul’s eclectic training and professional background in the areas of Natural Health, Psychotherapy, Sales, Retail, Financial Services and Leadership underpin his multidisciplinary approach to coaching and facilitation.

Paul has trained, coached and delivered Keynote presentations for over 10,000 participants in Australia, New Zealand, the Asia Pacific Region, USA, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and South Africa.

His diverse experience includes facilitating and coaching team member and leaders at all levels in leadership, management, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, psychological safety, communication skills, resilience, mindfulness, customer experience, change management, team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, influence and persuasion.

A dynamic and sought after facilitator with an inclusive and solution-oriented approach. Paul believes that his role as a Facilitator and Coach, is to create a safe space for people to share ideas, explore new frames of thought, appreciate the beauty of our differences and challenge deep seated assumptions.
