As an achievement focused People and Culture professional, Jac Peters has more than 25 experience in multinational FMCG and consulting environments, including 17 years at Coca-Cola Amatil (now CCEP) where she was Head of Leadership and Engagement for a workforce of 12,000. Commercially savvy, driving organisational development outcomes and delivering innovative, fit for purpose solutions. Jac has a passion for building leadership capability and organisational cultures where people perform and grow. An experienced people leader and coach, leadership and learning professional and passionate advocate for employee engagement, Jac has demonstrated experience across talent management disciplines including; talent acquisition, development, performance, succession, change management and employee engagement. Passionate about making the world of work more human, Jac is the Sydney Co-Chapter Lead for Culture First a community to support a better understanding of culture and create a better world of work.
Coaching process
Jac’s coaching process is centred around effective coaching conversations to enable growth, uncover possibilities and drive action. Embracing a mindset of curiosity, Jac can uncover and unlock a world of possibilities for individuals and drive performance. Each assignment is targeted to each individual’s needs, identifying clear goals and actions to deliver outcomes. Assessments including Gallup Clifton Strengths, LSI or Hogan may be used to enhance the coaching conversation and bring to life the ideas from the conversation to develop meaningful insights and actions. A discovery conversation is always held to understand the individual needs, explain the coaching process and ensure there is a strong fit between Jac and the coachee.
