Professional background
Lou is an experienced leadership coach who supports leaders to excel during times of complex organisational change, by building on their strengths and increasing their resilience.
By developing change and improvement strategies, and through one on one coaching, Lou helps leaders to accelerate their team’s performance and create certainty in uncertain times.
Lou has led change management and business improvement programs across a wide range of sectors including resources, aged care, agribusiness, and wagering; implementing effective strategies that create positive change within the client organisations she works with.
One of the things that sets Lou apart is her communication and interpersonal skills. She has a natural ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. She is an empathetic yet direct coach; guiding leaders in their roles to sponsor and adapt to the changes in their workplace. She does this by building trust, and challenging their thinking to inspire and motivate them to achieve their goals.
Lou has experience leading teams of change management and business improvement professionals to deliver large, multi-year organisation transformation agendas; so she understands first-hand the challenges and experiences of those she coaches.

Lou considers each coaching engagement a unique opportunity to partner and co-design a bespoke program using a range of coaching, change and improvement methodologies to drive the outcome the coachee’s desires.
