In this workshop, team leaders learn the theory of the power of giving effective feedback and why giving feedback is so critically important for accelerating change in individual and team habits. They will also learn the ultimate feedback framework and the step-by-step process for each step.

Marty spent 7 years working as an Engineer and Project Manager for a global leader in aero-engines. He has significant experience in consulting and has coached hundreds of leaders across Australia in multiple phases of the project life-cycle from Front End Loading, Construction, Commissioning, through to Operations and Maintenance.
Marty has been mentored by experts in health, wellbeing and high performance. He recognises the science that connects high levels of energy to high performance and happiness. He enjoys exploring opportunities for his clients to de-stress and increase their physical and emotional vibrancy.
