Why don’t people always do what they’re told? Why can being told what to do actually reduce motivation?
Discover what modern psychology tells us about motivation and learn how to apply these principles to create a workplace where people are genuinely engaged, motivated, and driven to perform. And here’s the catch: annual performance-based bonuses may not be as effective at motivating people or improving performance outcomes as you might think!
This interactive, game-based, and hands-on three-hour workshop equips leaders with practical skills and tools to motivate, engage, and inspire their teams more effectively.
Drawing on 14 years of experience applying psychology to help organisations and leaders create high-performing, positive workplaces, the workshop also incorporates key motivation theories and models explored through the expert’s Master’s research in Sports and Exercise Psychology. Participants will gain practical insights they can immediately apply to improve motivation, performance, and team outcomes.
This workshop is for people leaders and can be facilitated online or in-person.
Post-workshop, all participants get access to a digital toolkit. This comprises of the handouts, templates, videos, and interactive quizzes covering all the concepts discussed in the workshop.
