This practical workshop introduces the ART of Connection Framework, providing leaders with evidence-informed strategies to enhance their own wellbeing while creating psychologically safe, high-performing teams. Participants will explore the connection between leader wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial safety, and effective leadership, gaining practical tools to build stronger workplace relationships and foster healthier team cultures.
Part One: Awareness – Leader Wellbeing and Psychosocial Safety
The first half of the workshop focuses on building awareness of the challenges and psychosocial demands leaders face, and how these pressures can impact decision-making, wellbeing, team performance, and organisational culture. Participants will develop greater self-awareness and learn how leader wellbeing influences psychologically safe leadership.
Part Two: Response – Supporting Team Wellbeing and Psychological Safety
The second half of the workshop focuses on practical leadership strategies that promote psychological wellbeing and create psychologically safe workplaces. Through the ART of Connection Framework, participants will learn how everyday leadership behaviours can strengthen trust, encourage open communication, support team wellbeing, and build resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams.
