Jeremy Davis is a facilitator and coach who works with local government organisations to build practical capability that improves performance and enables councils to deliver for their communities.
With more than two decades of experience delivering programs to thousands of participants, Jeremy is known for combining clear, practical frameworks with a strong focus on behaviour change — ensuring learning translates into measurable results on the job.
His areas of specialisation are Leading for Performance, Presenting Council Messages with Confidence & Impact, and Personal Productivity for Local Government. Across these areas, he equips leaders and teams with the tools required to lead effectively, communicate with clarity and impact, and focus on the work that matters most.
Jeremy has a deep understanding of the pressures and realities of local government, and focuses on what works in practice. His sessions are engaging, structured and outcomes-focused, giving participants practical tools they can apply immediately.
He studied psychology at the Australian National University and has worked with leading thinkers in leadership and performance, including Harvard professor Tal Ben-Shahar and former McKinsey head of leadership Angus Ridgway. Jeremy is the author of Leading for Local Government, a practical guide for leaders seeking to deliver stronger outcomes for their teams and communities.
