Steven Ball

Steven has been a leadership, team development and culture change coach and facilitator for thirty years working with over 200 organisations, thousands of leaders in seven countries and in every sector of industry and government.

With Life Time Accreditation in the LSI tool Steven has debriefed over 600 leaders in seven countries and in every sector from local government, to finance, to mining, to sporting groups.

Steven has access to and created support materials that increase the embedding process including the document, “How I see Myself.”

Importantly he draws the link between leadership, organisational and personal effectiveness and the LSI’s application to day to day management such as planning, delegating, organising and coaching.

Steven’s coaching process is the Socratic style in which by listening, challenging and asking questions we are able to move forward and to also get to the real issue. Steven frequently employs a survey such as the Human Synergistics tools of the LSI 360, Leadership Impact and Coach simulations to add depth to the process. Steven’s most recent contract was with the Melbourne leadership team of an a major engineering group in which, over the coaching contract of 10 months, the LT improved in 10 of the 12 measured styles and were upskilled across a range of areas.

Steven has coached at all levels, from the Board to aspiring leaders. From working with the mid level managers of an energy group in Singapore to front line supervisors in the NT supporting their organisational culture change and leadership effectiveness, Steven can successfully support individuals across industries and levels. He has also coached BDMs from a range of financial groups , senior leaders in education and government, and AFL football coaches.
