Building on the knowledge gained in the Introduction to Whole Brain Thinking, this workshop explores the collective thinking patterns and preferences of your team. Participants spend time looking at their team thinking profile and creating action plans and commitments to leverage the diverse thinking within the team, including any gaps and the impact or risks.
Aimed at newly formed teams or teams who understand Whole Brain Thinking and want to improve the way they work together.
