PRINT addresses the root cause of persistent issues between individuals within teams.
Individually it articulates the Why of You - how an individual's unconscious motivators play out in interactions with others. Knowing one's individual PRINT profile enables uncovering changes needed for sustainable improvement, growth and change.
Then, a PRINT Wheel is a graphical depiction of the influences present in a team when pulling together the individual team members' PRINT profiles. Analysis centers around how PRINT influences your team’s ability to meet specific objectives, such as satisfying customers or strategic thinking.
During specially tailored sessions spanning from 3 hours through to two days, Catherine helps you develop action plans that bolster your team’s strengths, minimise weaknesses and fill gaps as you strive to meet identified goals.
Teams who wish to explore how to enhance team productivity and performance through:
- Knowledge that helps team members individually change habitual behavioral patterns
- Apply communications styles that reduce triggering each other and instead support building each other up
- Getting a glimpse into the future by predicting where team goals may come up short and figure out how to prevent potential problems.
Per participant a PRINT profile online survey & handout with the interpretation of the why of You report
1 x workshop with slide deck depicting the Language of PRINT (Nine Unconscious Motivators and their behaviors) and Personal Best Self strategies group exercise (includes self-reflection, group processing/discussion and action planning)
1 x Team PRINT wheel handout and workshop to minimize Triggers from a Team perspective (includes communicating with others to bring out their Best Self, group processing/discussion on how to leverage PRINT diversity to maximize outcomes and action planning.
Catherine combines knowledge, experience and intuition to drive purposeful people performance.
What Catherine noticed from having worked for over two decades as a leader in big corporations was that there were many leaders out there who had the capacity and potential to be extraordinary. Yet experience had shown her that those leaders were not taking time to discover for themselves what their special strengths were and what future actions they wanted to take to influence, empower and inspire others.
Catherine wanted to turn that leadership potential into reality and set out to transform individuals and corporations through empowering self-discovery in one-on-one coaching and team workshop sessions and by equipping managers and teams to drive results through clear management practices.
To this day, Catherine is very intentional about the work she wants to do and the people she wants to do it with. Her mission is to enable those responsible for managing people to be extraordinary leaders who bring about team performance that benefits individuals, teams and corporations.
She collaborates with teams in dynamic workshop settings. This engaging and thought-provoking process aims to address challenges, articulate aspirations, and ignite clients’ enthusiasm to optimise their personal and professional capacities.
The clarity and profound insights derived from these individual coaching sessions and team workshops empower organisations to intentionally cultivate more effective work methodologies. This, in turn, fosters workplace well-being, creates high-performing teams, and ultimately enhances bottom-line results.
Catherine is a global citizen, being a tri-lingual business leader with more than twenty years’ experience in operations services and centres of excellence within financial services and utilities in Switzerland, England and Australia.
Catherine has assumed a wide range of business agenda setting roles. These span People & Capability, Culture, Business Improvement & Innovation and Operations, providing her with sound and diverse stakeholder relationships, a wholistic, systematic and future-oriented understanding of how the organisation works and how to mitigate risks – all while driving organisational change in support of operational excellence.
A significant component of her current and past responsibilities has entailed leading and developing teams to optimise core business, drive compliance, design strategies, deliver against state-wide business plans and hit performance as well as financial targets.
She has established multi-disciplined teams to implement programs that build and improve safety, processes, infrastructure, and contract performance across businesses.
