With 30 years of dedicated industry experience, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a personal commitment to helping others achieve optimal health and wellbeing, it’s no wonder Rebecca is an in-demand speaker and trainer. Her work is crucial in addressing the issues of poor staff mental health and wellbeing, low morale, absenteeism, and workplace stress, which have a direct impact on organisational success. Her personal journey, including being the first woman to run Western Australia’s 135 kilometre Cape to Cape track in 24 hours, is a story of grit, heartache, and personal wellbeing that inspires and motivates others to overcome their own challenges.
