The good and the bad news: we now have more data than ever before - in real-time, but while this is useful, it is making decisions more frequent and complex and human brains have a finite capacity to make good decisions based on logic. Once we push our brains past capacity, we begin making more subjective, emotional decisions which rarely are the best ones. Using contemporary research, we can use insights in our daily life to lessen the load and get more value from each day's peak cognitive time.
This workshop is beneficial for all workers as we each make an astonishing amount of decisions daily and we need to be mindful of how we spend our cognitive energy.
