Psychosocial safety refers to the prevention and management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace. Psychosocial hazards are any factors in the work environment that may cause psychological or physical harm to employees, such as stress, harassment, bullying, and violence.
This workshop is for individuals, mental health champions and leaders who wish to:
- Learn what psychosocial hazards are and how to mitigate or avoid them
- Understand what it means to feel psychologically safe and how to cultivate this for oneself

What Catherine noticed from having worked for over two decades as a leader in big corporations was that there were many leaders out there who had the capacity and potential to be extraordinary. Yet experience had shown her that those leaders were not taking time to discover for themselves what their special strengths were and what future actions they wanted to take to influence, empower and inspire others.
