Over the years, considerable resources have been dedicated to teaching people how to deliver feedback effectively. However, we’ve overlooked a critical part of the equation — the feedback recipient.
What if we could become better at receiving feedback? What if we could actively engage with those providing it and turn feedback into a tool for personal growth and development?
The reality is that receiving feedback is a skill — one that can be developed and refined with practise. When we learn to receive feedback well, we open the door to growth, improved performance and stronger relationships.
This workshop explores the feedback process from the recipient’s perspective. It helps participants understand typical reactions to feedback and how to shift those responses to foster learning, growth and even thriving. Rather than avoiding feedback, this program encourages you to lean in, take control and turn every piece of feedback into a valuable opportunity.
This workshop is designed for anyone who receives feedback — in other words, anyone and everyone!
Each participant will receive a comprehensive workbook containing practical models and frameworks with powerful reflection questions to explore key concepts and challenge thinking.
A pen, a curious mind and a growth mindset!
