Overview
Highly engaged teams produce up to '17% increased productivity and up to 70% less safety incidents’ and with ‘the manager or team lead alone accounting for 70% of the variance in team engagement’, mastering coaching is critical for any manager to drive business outcomes.
‘Coaching for Engagement and Outcomes’ is one day course that explores why a culture of coaching delivers high engagement and increased business performance. We will explore how leaders need to leverage more than just a coaching process and build an understanding of how to build intrinsic motivation in their teams to enable high performance. We will leverage a prominent coaching framework and apply it to 5 key coaching conversations that are proven to convert managers into engaging leaders, who through coaching, build team and individual engagement to drive business results.

Over his 25 years of experience, he has worked with some of the world’s largest manufacturing organisations such as Nestle, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble and locally with LION (the Australasian brewer) and in WA Utilities, Synergy and the Water Corporation.
Matt is passionate about coaching and supporting leaders and teams to be more adaptable in today’s fast changing and complex environment, through sharing leadership capabilities that set leaders and teams up for sustainable success.
