Every organization needs learning that is agile, effective and builds tools for ease of application of knowledge and it is easy to get overwhelmed with HOW to create it and delivery it in a continuous improvement loop.
In this program we will first focus on the tools needed to assess learning needs and design learning engagements to meet the needs on day 1. On day 2 - a fortnight after first workshop - we will create a plan for facilitation and practice delivery of useful behaviours to create an engaging learning experience.
All those new to instructional design and facilitation in the workplace.
