Negotiation is something that we all do on a daily basis in our personal and private lives. Most people have not been formally trained to negotiate and are not bad at it but could be so much better with some development.
What most people do is compromise in order to get to a solution. The end result is that everyone walks away with half of what they wanted and it is often not satisfactory. In this workshop I will teach you a new way of negotiating that can get you win-win outcomes for everyone involved. I will also discuss how to deal with conflict in the workplace and conflict in general, as conflict resolution is often part of a negotiation process. It is important to understand how it works and how to manage conflict if you want to be an effective negotiator.

She has coached and developed students of law, lawyers, HR Consultants, accountants and other professionals to become competent in mediation skills and techniques, and also trains people to become accredited mediators in Australia.
She provides executive coaching and group coaching in leadership, mediation and negotiation skills at government departments and for corporate clients, and also holds lecturing positions at Murdoch University and the College of Law.
