This 90 minute workshop is a fast paced, interactive and thought provoking run through many different approaches to decision making. Covering cognitive biases, thinking systems, fallacies, key reflection points and practical tools to take away. This workshop is a chance to sample some applied critical thinking and put it in to action.
With examples from across many disciplines, drawing on research and evidence-based strategies, this is the workshop everyone wishes they had done years ago!

Examples can be adapted for leaders making decisions based on recommendations from subordinates and those who are collating information for others to make the final call.

She has been an international educator for two decades.
