The program is divided into two parts: a 1-hour Roundtable Q&A followed by a half-day workshop.
The Roundtable Q&A is a structured session designed to establish a baseline understanding of AI. In this session, questions gathered anonymously from the Executive Team and Board are addressed by the facilitator with prepared answers. Following these initial responses, the session opens up for broader discussion.
The half-day workshop is designed to equip Executive Team and Board members with knowledge on effectively leveraging AI within their company. This segment will cover 5 key topics relevant to AI application and strategy.
The program is designed to provide foundational knowledge for Senior Executives and Board members enabling them to participate with confidence in AI related discussions.
