I have worked in as a facilitator and business strategist for over 20 years in the private and government sectors. I have managed teams, and am talented in identifying market trends, forecasting training needs and facilitation delivery. My experience spans entrepreneurship, mentoring, corporate training, executive education, and universities.
My facilitation style is engaging and interactive; using Accelerated Learning Methodologies, participants are able to integrate their new learning quickly and efficiently so they can immediately apply them their workplace.
I am uniquely comfortable in a workshop setting, as well as, in experiential learning activities for team building. These include Urban Challenges, Scavenger Hunts, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) components in team building.
