About the facilitator
Christine Kuca-Thompson is a highly skilled program developer and facilitator.
She has worked in human services, focusing on not-for-profit and government sectors in learning and development, project management, disability support services, consultancy, and research. She has extensive knowledge of working with diversity and inclusion. She is person-centred in her approach and aims to achieve the best outcomes for the client, team, individual or company she is working with.
Christine specialises in developing and delivering professional development training for various audiences, including executive leaders and people with a disability, adapting delivery styles to each, with positive results. She is passionate about delivering high quality, high value workshops with a focus on personal and professional growth.
With an interest in positive psychology and the benefits of an engaged workforce, Christine has designed a series of experiential learning professional development and team building activities. She incorporates her knowledge and experiences with inclusive practices to ensure all events are able to cater to all customers.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Graduate Certificate in Social Impact, Graduate Certificate in Workplace Transformation, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is a life-long learner who is always doing research, completing short courses, building on her hobbies, or planning an activity.
Christine is dedicated to supporting individuals and teams to be the best they can be through building knowledge and skills, learning about each other, and recognising their own abilities.
