Christine has 25 years of industry experience across many industries having held managerial and board level positions in the U.K. and Australia. Christine has been using her extensive background in business operations and management systems to help organizations design effective business frameworks. As a subject matter expert in quality management and management system auditing, Christine has helped numerous organizations maximize the performance of their management system through her auditing and facilitation skills.

Christine is passionate about helping others to ‘unlock their potential’ and has a strong focus on developing relationships built on trust and mutual respect through open and transparent conversations.

Whether it’s consulting or facilitating workshops participants walk away with a clear understanding of what a business framework is and how it can be developed to support their business operations. Christine loves to engage with a group and involve them, and she does this by encouraging participants to brainstorm, problem solve and come up with practical solutions for their organization that aids business improvement. She has extensive experience facilitating workshops for senior management/leadership team as well as operational staff in areas such as internal auditing, understanding ISO 9001, ISO 31000.

At some point an organization needs to stop and reflect on its performance and one way this can be done is through auditing its framework using trained competent internal auditors. Christine’s workshops can be run for organizations who require their auditors to be Exemplar Global AU Management Systems Auditing trained or they can simply gain a certificate of attendance.

Christine has worked with many industries helping them develop and maintain their quality management system to ISO 9001 standard including BAE aerospace, CAYS Engineering, Geobrugg Australia, SAI Global, Bureau Veritas, Tenix Solutions, Victorian Ambulance Service, and West Lothian Local Government (Scotland).

Christine’s qualifications include a BA in Social Science (political science); TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment & TAELLN411; ISO 9001 RABQSA - Quality Systems Lead Auditor; Accredited DiSC (behaviour profile) facilitator.
