    Professional background

    Katie is a passionate and engaging coach with extensive experience working in global people and culture roles in the resources sector. She has worked as a coach and culture partner to leadership teams in highly complex and dynamic organisations to drive cultural transformation, lead change and build leadership capability. She has also held leadership roles in Employee Engagement and Organisational Capability at BHP. In addition to her work as a coach, Katie has expertise in the design and delivery of global leadership development programs, culture transformation, diversity & inclusion, psychological safety and coaching programs. Previous coaching assignments have included both office-based coaching, virtual coaching and shadow coaching in remote mining operations. She has coached clients across a range of industries including local government, health care, energy, mining and oil and gas. Her passion and focus are coaching individuals to fulfill their potential so they can thrive both inside and outside the workplace.

    Coaching process

    Each coaching program is bespoke, based on the unique needs of the individual. Katie’s coaching approach explores an individual’s motivators, values, and beliefs to help drive sustainable behavioural change. The number of sessions depends upon the clients’ coaching goals and progress but typical programs are 6-8 sessions in length.

    Coaching achievements and results

    Individuals who are willing to do the work in-between coaching sessions and courageous enough to challenge their beliefs and mindsets. She works with a range of leadership levels.
